Who we help

If you run a post, a foundation, or a race

This is for officers, directors, and volunteers who need the website and the social to work without turning into another full-time job.

  • American Legion posts

Membership, hall rental, events, Auxiliary, SAL, and Riders in one place. Not five different logins.

  • Veteran charities and foundations

Donation pages and program sites that make it clear what you do and how people can help.

  • Memorial races and events

Registration, sponsors, and photo galleries for the 5Ks and ceremonies that bring in the money.

  • Posts, units, and auxiliaries

If you serve veterans in Cobb County or somewhere else in the country, you're in the right place.

The difference

Why posts hire us

We're veterans. We build custom, we pay attention, and we don't hand you a template and a login. The price is one a local post can actually approve.

  1. Custom work, not a template

Your post doesn't run like a generic website. We build around how you actually do dues, donations, calendars, and applications. More hands-on than LegionSites and the usual packages.

  2. One team for the whole job

Website, social media, graphics, hosting, and upkeep. You don't have to juggle three vendors and hope someone is posting on Facebook.

  3. We get it done, then we stick around

Fast enough for the next event. We'll sit down with the commander and adjutant and walk through the site. You approve the direction. We do the work.

  4. Built for post budgets

We're veteran-owned with low overhead, and we give 10% off for military. Custom work at a price a post or nonprofit can live with.

Work we've done

Marietta, Cobb County, and nearby

We've already built for an American Legion post, a Guard family foundation, and a memorial 5K. That's the bar for the next one.

Not a template

More hands-on than LegionSites and the usual packages

A packaged Legion site can get a post online. It rarely matches how the post actually runs. We build the real stuff in: membership and dues, donations, hall rental, calendars, program pages, and an admin your officers can use. Then we stay on hosting, updates, and social, so the commander is not also the webmaster.

How we work

We'll walk you through it

Written proposals, sit-downs with leadership, and we do the heavy lifting so officers can stay on the mission.

  1. Listen

We meet with leadership, look at what you have now, and figure out what the site and social actually need to do.

  2. Propose

You get a written scope, timeline, and price. No surprise bills for work nobody agreed to.

  3. Build

We design and build it, then walk officers through it so they can run it without a manual.

  4. Keep it going

Hosting, updates, and social media management if you want us to stay on after launch.

Questions

Common questions

Yes. We built the site for American Legion Horace Orr Post 29 in Marietta, including membership dues, hall rental, the event calendar, programs, and a custom admin. That is the kind of work we want more of: posts, auxiliaries, and the charities and races around them.

A template can get a post online. It usually falls apart once you need dues, hall rental, events, and more than one program. We build those things into a custom site and stay on it. You get a veteran team that walks you through the whole process, not a login and a help article.

Yes. We can handle content, posting, and the day-to-day on your pages. The website and the social should sound like the same organization. We run both.

Less than a big agency, and a lot more solid than a free template. We price for local veteran organizations and take 10% off for military. You get a written proposal first, so the finance officer sees the number before we start.

Yes. We're based here. We already work with Post 29, the Georgia National Guard Family Support Foundation, and the Assault on Kennesaw Mountain 5K. We also work with veteran-owned businesses and organizations outside Georgia.

As little as you can spare. Most officers already have a job and a post to run. You tell us what you need and sign off on the plan. We handle the rest.

Want us to take this on?

Tell us what the post, foundation, or race needs. We'll come back with a written plan and a price, then we handle the rest.
